Short Information:The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the official syllabus for the Assistant Teacher (TGT / LT Grade) Recruitment 2025. Candidates appearing for the upcoming exam can now download the detailed subject-wise syllabus PDF and understand the exam pattern in advance. The paper comprises 150 objective-type questions divided into two sections – General Studies (30 marks) and Subject-Specific Questions (120 marks). Each correct answer awards 1 mark, and 1/3 mark is deducted for every incorrect response. The TGT syllabus covers a wide range of topics including current affairs, general science, reasoning, Indian history, and detailed subject knowledge based on the discipline applied for (e.g., Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, etc.). Understanding the syllabus thoroughly will help candidates focus their preparation and increase their chances of selection.
