Short Information: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is now accepting online applications for the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JHTET) 2024. This exam is a critical step for aspiring teachers seeking to qualify for primary and junior-level teaching positions in Jharkhand's government schools.

Jharkhand JHTET 2024 Exam
Primary Level |
- -10+2 Intermediate (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
- -10+2 Intermediate (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
- -10+2 Intermediate (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- -10+2 Intermediate (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- -Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).

- -Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) and either passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
- -Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri) (Regular).
- -Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and either passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri) (Regular), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations.
