Bihar BPSC 33rd Judicial Services Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification from a university or institution recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal practice at the Bar as on the date of advertisement. The period of experience will be calculated from the date of provisional enrollment or registration with the concerned State Bar Council.
