NTA JEE Mains Examination 2026: Short Details

Short Information: The National Testing Agency has officially released the NTA JEE Main Session-I Result 2026 for candidates who appeared in the first session of the Joint Entrance Examination. Applicants can now access their scorecard online by logging in with their application number and date of birth to check subject wise marks, total score, and percentile. The result has been prepared using the normalization process to ensure fairness across multiple shifts, and it also includes the qualifying status for JEE Advanced 2026 as per the prescribed criteria. Along with the percentile score, candidates can view their All India Rank, category rank, and other important details required for counselling and admission to various NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded technical institutions, and they are advised to download and keep a copy of the official scorecard for future admission procedures.

NTA JEE Main January 2026 Online Form: Age Limit as per NTA Rules

For candidates appearing in JEE (Main) 2026, there is no age limit. Candidates who passed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination in 2024 or 2025, or those appearing in 2026, can appear for the JEE (Main) 2026 examination, regardless of their age.

NTA JEE Mains Session-I 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates who have passed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination in 2024 or 2025, or those appearing in the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination in 2026, are eligible to appear for JEE (Main) 2026.
