Short Information: The Union Public Service Commission has officially scheduled the IES / ISS Examination 2026 to be conducted from 19 June to 21 June 2026 across various exam centers in India. Candidates who applied between 11 February 2026 and 03 March 2026 will be eligible to appear in the written examination. The exam will be conducted over three days in offline mode and is an important stage in the selection process, followed by an interview or personality test. Admit cards will be released a few days before the examination on the official UPSC website. Candidates are advised to regularly check for updates, verify exam details carefully, and continue their preparation to perform well in the examination.

Indian Economic Service (IES) 16 Candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Business Economics, or Econometrics from a recognized university in India.
Indian Statistical Service (ISS) 28 Candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics OR a Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics from a recognized university in India.
