Candidates must have a graduation degree from any recognized university along with a one-year computer course certificate, OR a graduation degree with Computer Science as a subject. They must have: - Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on a computer. - Minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and 9000 key depressions per hour in English typing for bilingual allowance eligibility. |
