Short Information: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially revised the
SSC CGL Tier II exam schedule for the 2025‑26 cycle. According to the updated calendar, the Combined Graduate Level
(CGL) Tier II examination will now be held over two days in January 2026. The schedule includes the Skill Test (DEST)
on 18 January 2026, followed by the main written papers on 19 January 2026, covering sections such as Mathematical
Abilities, Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness and Statistics. This revision comes after earlier changes to
the overall examination calendar and is aimed at giving candidates clear timelines to prepare. Candidates should
regularly check the official SSC website for admit card release dates, city intimation slips and any further updates
related to this key recruitment stage.
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 60% marks in Mathematics at 10+2 Level
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at
Graduation Level.
Statistical Investigator Grade-II
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects.
Research Assistant in NHRC
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
