Short Information: The Bihar Vidhan Parishad has officially announced the examination date for the recruitment of Personal Assistant (PA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Stenographer posts under Advertisement No. 02/2025. The written examination for these posts will be conducted on 05 April 2026 at various exam centers across Bihar. Thousands of candidates who submitted their online applications between November 2025 and January 2026 will appear for this recruitment exam. The admit card for the examination will be released a few days before the exam on the official website. Candidates must download and print their hall ticket and carry it along with a valid photo ID to the examination center. The recruitment process will include a written examination followed by a skill or typing test (post-wise), document verification, and other stages as specified by the council.

Candidate must have a Graduate degree with Hindi stenography speed of 100 w.p.m.
and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from
AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
Pay Scale: Level-07 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) |

Candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed
of 8000 key depressions per hour. A computer certificate such as ADCA or from
AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable.

Candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English
typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE / DOEACC /
