Short Information: Bihar Vidhan Parishad (Bihar Legislative Council Secretariat) has released the DEO / LDC Admit Card 2026 on 06 May 2026, and candidates who applied under Advertisement No. 02/2025 can now download their hall ticket from the official recruitment portal using their registration details. The written examination for Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts is scheduled to be conducted on 10 May 2026 at various exam centres across Bihar.

Candidate must have a Graduate degree with Hindi stenography speed of 100 w.p.m.
and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from
AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
Pay Scale: Level-07 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) |
| Data Entry Operator (DEO) |
Candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed
of 8000 key depressions per hour. A computer certificate such as ADCA or from
AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable.
Pay Scale: Level-04 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) |

Candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English
typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE / DOEACC /
NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
Pay Scale: Level-02 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) |

Candidate must have a Graduate degree with Hindi stenography speed of
80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate
