Bihar BCECE-LE 2026: Admission Details Total 13000 + Seats

Course Group Educational Qualification
Engineering Course Group
  • Passed a minimum 3-year / 2-year (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
  • OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC-recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) and passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.
  • OR Passed D.Voc. stream in the same or allied sector.
  • Universities may provide bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Drawing, etc. for students from different academic backgrounds.
Para Medical Degree Course Group
  • Passed a 2-year Para Medical Diploma course recognized by the Government of Bihar / Government of India.
  • Candidates appearing in the final examination are also eligible to apply but must qualify before interview/counseling.
  • Admission will be allowed only into the second year of the corresponding higher Para Medical Degree course.
  • If no related higher Para Medical Degree course is available, candidates will not be eligible for lateral entry admission.
Pharmacy Degree Course Group
  • Passed a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of Bihar / Government of India.
  • Candidates appearing in the final examination are also eligible to apply but must qualify before interview/counseling.
